Based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells (with free parking!), this company have a wide-reaching national clientele and a reputation for first-rate service delivery
Expanding, they seek to appoint a Manager to oversee the delivery of service to key and high-value clients - who will lead from the front in managing a small team
Responsibilities will include:
- Contracts Management - ensuring clients needs are best serviced, through setting and achieving SLAs for a team; and managing contracts through renewal or amendment;
- Team Leadership - managing, motivating and developing a team to the highest service standards
- Operations Management - overseeing the logistical delivery of service through managing supplier relationships, communicating with internal and external teams to ensure client service standards are fulfilled
- Escalated Client Servicing - resolving escalated supplier and client queries; including visits
- Reporting to the Board
Monday - Friday
Salary with experience £35-45,000
