Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator, to support the overall function of the service department ensuring customer requests are processed efficiently and professionally. To handle all incoming customer enquiries, scheduling engineer's workload. The successful candidate will need to drive due to the office location.
About the role
* Handle customer enquires via telephone calls & email
* Assisting with general filing
* Managing customer accounts via their own computer systems
* Any other reasonable requests as determined by the company befitting the role, skills, and experience
* Developing and managing excel spreadsheets to ensure accurate case recording, monitoring, and reporting on monthly outcomes
* Responsible for managing and prioritising calendars for the engineers
* Working with clients to ensure they are happy with the progression of any service or repair work
About you
* Resilience & Adaptability to work under pressure
* Good at multi-tasking (to meet deadlines and targets with all-time-bound orders)
* Previous experience working in a busy service department
* Good geographical knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential
