About the Role

* The key responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely in-house Payroll administration for the group in accordance with statutory regulations.
* A key feature of the role will be to manage the team effectively to ensure our all staff receive a quality service in all respects. The jobholder will act as a focal point staff management, technical issues and be expected to drive our objectives for continued digitisation of many aspects of the team's functions.
* This is a pivotal role, and we would expect the post holder to make a positive contribution towards the overall future development and success of the team.



About the Company



* Proven experience as a Manager or Supervisor.
* Your knowledge of statutory & legislative regulations, including workplace pensions
* An ability to communicate at all levels - both internal & external - in a prompt manner
* Understanding payroll deadlines & requirements
* Clear & concise communication, both written & verbal
* An ability to work independently & as part of the wider team
* That you promote client care and cascade this to the wider team
* Your ability to provide guidance and support to all team members as required
* Compliance with internal policies & procedures
