Our client is actively looking for an Electronics Test Engineer to join on an initial Temporary basis for 6 months, with the outlook of it turning permanent. The ideal candidate will have at least HND or HNC qualification and have an understanding of testing PCB's, amplifiers, and sub-assemblies.

About the role

* Manage the development of new products and support engineering projects
* Develop, manage, and perform testing of the product
* Perform as directed by Project Manager to design and prepare components, basic mechanisms, and assemblies related to new and existing products
* Plan and conduct tests along with evaluating test results
* Perform with CAD designers to prepare electrical solutions and drawings
* Develop protocols along with test reports for verification of design testing working with project teams

About you

* At least 3 or more years of experience in Automotive Electric & Electronic systems
* Ability to read PCB schematics to debug or quickly modify electrical test systems
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
* Electronic circuit analysis
* Troubleshooting electronic circuits to the component level
