Your new company
Our national construction/engineering client is recruiting a HR Case Manager to be based in the South East covering the Transport Infrastructure sites across Kent, Sussex & Surrey. This is a 3 month temporary role which could go permanent for the right candidate, joining a team of 3 other case managers and a HR team of 6.

Your new role
As a Hr Case Manager you will be managing all employee relation cases for over 1000 staff within the Transport Infrastructure part of the business.

Key responsibilities:

* Supporting, liaising and developing effective working relationships with wider stakeholders
* Working collaboratively with the HR Case Management team to ensure consistency of approach
* Serve as a coach for people managers
* Provide commercial, efficient, professional and customer focused ER service to your stakeholders
* Occasional on-site complex case support and delivery of ER Training

This is a remote role however occasional travel to sites in Kent, Sussex & Surrey will be required.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have previous experience of dealing with complex ER cases with a good working knowledge of UK Employment Law. You would ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified with the ability to drive best practice and ensure compliance with company procedures, policies and employment legislations. You will also ideally be available to start the role in January or at the latest be on 1 month notice period.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £35,000-£45,000 plus travel expenses and full training.
