We seek an exceptionally organised administration with a passion for manufactuiring process and customer services to join this busy projets team. This is an administrative role but the client is a fast paced manufacturing business so attention to detail, a meticulous approach to customer order management and customer experience is the key criteria. 

Role Purpose

To provide back-office and co-ordination support to the remote Sales Force and our Project Managers, keeping external Customers updated with any developments as necessary, and ensuring that Projects run smoothly, on time and are within budget.

Key Responsibilities

•              • Inputting Sales Orders into the ERP System

•              • Checking inventory levels to ensure stock availability

•              • Working with Operational colleagues; Warehouse, Planning, Purchasing and VR Team predominantly to deliver customer requirements on time and within business cost expectations

•              • Ensure invoices are issued correctly

•              • Responding too and answering customer queries

•              • Updating customers and sales managers on project delivery status

•              • Ensuring quotes and orders match for prices, quantities and deliver date

•              • Updating CRM with delivery status

•              • Projects delivered on time and in full within cost target

•              • Using ERP/ MEP systems for order entry and stock management

•              • Working Closely and effectively with Customers and Sales Managers. 

Skills 

•              • Good IT Skills, and experienced in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, (including Pivot Tables) & other associated systems.

•              • Excellent communication and influencing skills

•              • Organised and able to work to agreed deadlines

•              • Disciplined and resilient

•              • Able to work as part of a team, under direct instruction and under own initiative

•              • Ability to work comfortably with both internal colleagues and external customers

•              • Flexible and Adaptable

•              • Highly numerate
