We are working closely alongside a major business based in the Crowborough area. As a result of continued expansion, they are looking to onboard a new finance assistant to the accounts team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates of all levels, with clear progression routes and opportunities to take on more responsibility if desired.

Experienced within accounts departments.

Responsibilities:

This role is mixed and varied, meaning no two days are the same, keeping the position varied and exciting. Your main responsibilities will be focussed around, but not limited to:

Allocating cash receipts and processing daily invoices
BACS settlements and customer refunds
Producing monthly Sales Ledger statements
Presenting accounts manager with details of new accounts to the business
Resolving general accounts queries and communicating with the wider team
