School Caretaker required to support a local school.

This is a vital role in the school, being responsible for the maintenance and security of school buildings and grounds.



Working alongside another Caretaker you will be required to undertake a number of duties to include:

* Perform simple repairs
* Carry out maintenance tasks
* Perform security checks
* Painting and decorating
* General 'fixing' around school



Hours offered are Monday to Friday 1pm-5pm.



Personal Qualities required:

* Good problem solving skills
* Ability to manage own workload
* Basic DIY skills
* Experience using hand tools
* Physically fit/active for heavy lifting
* Flexible and reliable
