Job Title: Training Support Administrator
Location: Burgess Hill
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours between 8.00am - 5.00pm
Salary: £23K-£25K DOE

We are thrilled to be working with one of our established clients, based in Burgess Hill who are currently seeking a Training Support Administrator to join their busy and hardworking team. This is an exciting role for a candidate with previous experience working within administrative roles, with excellent IT skills.
The Training Support Administrator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the company's internal and external customers. The role will require a candidate who has the ability to maintain the company's smooth administrative process, as well as occupying a high level of IT skills and knowledge to ensure any queries can be resolved. As such the ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an office administrator, excellent communication skills and the organisational skills to ensure the businesses administration process continues to be successful.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* To take a proactive part in the smooth running of the office and addressing any issues or problems with the support of your team and line manager
* To ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner meeting the business standard of service
* Maintaining and updating the CRM Database, recording any communication and customer information accurately
* Training Course Preparation, to include but not limited to completion of course registers, classroom checks, invigilation support, course revision handouts for candidates and trainer, candidate assessment packs, booking of examinations and assessments
* Candidate Pack Processing to include but not limited to liaising with candidates / companies for outstanding documentation, preparing candidate packs ready for submission to the certification bodies, processing results and certificates to the candidates and companies, archive paperwork, maintain office records and the CRM for clarity
* Support colleagues across the business with administrative tasks
* Inputting, updating and maintaining funding database to support in ensuring funding rules and contract requirements are adhered to
* Work well as part of a team while managing and prioritising own workload
* Assist with General office duties which are shared across the team, stationary ordering, milk orders, post and parcels, filing, signing in / out visitors, stocking up tea, coffee, sugar and cups in customer kitchens
* Call handling, ensuring the team answers the main line that comes in for both centres
* To attend Admin Team Meetings and contribute in a positive proactive way
* Support and maintain office cover requirements
* Research, reporting and coordinating a variety of tasks and projects for colleagues
Key Skills Required:
* IT Literate, specifically Microsoft Office
* At least 12 months administration experience
* Call handling
* Excellent attention to detail, professional and approachable
* Customer service experience
* Experience with CRM software (input) would be highly advantageous
