Sales Manager (UK, Europe and Americas)
Our client are experiencing tremendous year on year growth and as a result of this are looking to employ a Sales Manager based at their HQ. The applicant will be responsible for all proactive sales relationships in the UK, Europe and Americas territories. Experience of selling equipment in the maritime industry preferential. Good communication, fast learner, self-motivated, organised and team player are key personal skills required. Ideally you will need to be located within 1 hours drive of Crawley.
Required to work with key members of staff to develop new ideas, collect and disseminate market intelligence, build on existing relationships, and drive new business. Must have experience of hitting and exceeding targets. The company operate an inbound marketing strategy and CRM. Qualified leads are presented and expected to be converted. Leads are also expected to be generated autonomously. Each route to market requires a different approach. Major and project quotations to be completed by successful applicant.
Must be willing to travel on average two weeks of each month. This will be a combination of representing the company at trade exhibitions and channel partner led customer visits.
£40k - £45k per annum salary.£10k per annum KPI OTE bonus scheme (paid twice each year max £5k each six months). Bonus scheme is based on hitting sales targets, gross profit target and new business target.
