Customer Service Agent job Gatwick Airport £11.93 + holiday pay ongoing shift basis
Your new company is a large facilities management company in Gatwick that has been awarded a job to look after passengers' welfare in the air side Immigration Hall in Gatwick Airport.
Your new role is to work as a Customer Service Agent to look after the welfare of incoming passengers queuing at passport control.
What you'll need to succeed is previous experience dealing with members of the public and be able to provide an excellent level of customer services in a busy public area with flows of multiple incoming passengers. The successful candidate will need to pass a five-year written reference check, basic DBS, video interview and two online safety training courses. Previous airside experience is useful and not essential. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, have photo ID, proof of NI and right to work in the UK.
What you'll get in return is an ongoing agency assignment paying £11.93 for Customer Service Hosts working 2 early shifts, 2 late shifts and then 4 days off being paid 10 hours per shift. You will receive additional holiday pay of £1.32 per hour for every productive hour worked. You will be issued a Hays Airside Pass to work in Gatwick.
