You will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operation of a number of work centres within the production areas. You will ensure all products pass QA and are produced on time for all clients.

Motivating your team is key, with staff development and involvement, making a skilled and flexible workforce.

Knowledge of E8 is advantageous, along with the need for good IT skills, understand the 8D process, Lean and 5's methodologies. You must have the ability to read engineering drawings and work well under pressure.
