Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
Location: Haywards Heath
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Benefits: 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Our client is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team to support the daily operations of the company. The Operations Administrator's responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling engineers, keeping track of inventory, maintaining financial and client records and providing administrative support as needed.
To be successful as an operations administrator you should be able to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Ultimately, you should be highly organized and thrive under pressure.
Responsibilities:
* Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
* Scheduling Engineers/Subcontractors
* Ordering materials.
* Maintaining client/site records
* Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
Requirements:
* Experience as an operations administrator or similar position.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Office programs.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask.
