An exceptional new instruction for a Junior Project Manager with an established global manufacturing client and key employer in the area, with hybrid working arrangements in place.

The Ideal Person
Will be dynamic, self-motivated and self-sufficient
Any experience of managing products would be an advantage (applicants from a construction background are not deemed suitable)
Experience of working within FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) sector is preferable
Project Management qualification desired: external certification (ie. IPMA, APM, PMI, Prince2) but not considered essential as training provided
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Good presentation skills
Ability to conduct effective meetings and presentations
The ability to cope with pressure, demonstrate assertiveness and an adaptable approach


The position in brief:
The Junior Project Manager will be coached and supported by an extended Project Management team and provided with the necessary training to achieve Professional Project Management certification.
The position involves the professional project management of new product launches and product changes within a portfolio of projects, governed via Stage Gate process.
You will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial feasibility through to launch implementation. This role will also include management of Research & Development and Supply Chain projects across the company’s European organisation.
