Job Title: Client Services Executive

Core details: Our well-established client are centrally located within Burgess Hill, offering free parking and easy access to transport network. A Monday to Friday role, with a slightly earlier finish time on a Friday. Salary of £23,000 - £27,500 p/a depending on level of experience. A busy role joining a small team and servicing a range of new and existing clients.

The Job: We are excited to be supporting our client in their search for a Client Services Executive. The right candidate will be calm, organised and have an analytical approach to problem solving, ensuring the client is always at the forefront of their work. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that enjoys cultivating working relationships, is organised and efficient in their work and offer a good level of IT based skills.

* Build relationships with customers through a variety of methods
* Manage current jobs and associated administration
* Liaise internally with other areas of the business
* Provide scheduling updates to customers
* Upsell where possible and handle pricing enquiries

The requirements: This role needs someone with prior experience of handling customer or client accounts, providing a excellent and personable service. An organised, efficient and pro-active individual, with great attention to detail and an analytical approach. You will need to possess a team spirit, with good communication skills, and be able to handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner.
