This Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join us on our fast-growth journey! We’re looking for a Deputy Warehouse and Dispatch Manager to supervise the packing and dispatching of over 4000 customer orders each day, as well as ensure all warehouse processes are followed.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading a team of around 30 people; managing their daily tasks and leading by example
• Ensuring customer orders are dispatched correctly, on time and within targets set
• Ensuring that incoming goods are dealt with quickly and are checked correctly
• Supervising Warehouse Operatives to ensure the warehouse is kept well organised and the stock is labelled correctly
• Assisting with preparing for and carrying out monthly stock takes
• Maintaining a spotless working environment with full compliance to relevant H&S requirements
• Covering the Warehouse and Dispatch Manager whilst they are on annual leave
• Training new starters on the role and processes
• Working with the Dispatch Manager to achieve KPI’s

You’ll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:
• Experience in a warehouse management/supervisor role is essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Good at problem solving
• Excellent time management skills
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office
• Be confident on a computer
