Are you and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/lawyer based in Sussex and looking for a new challenge?
Our client is an established Mid Sussex 5 Partner practice offering the successful individual flexibility to work from home along with a firm wide profit share.

You will be working as part of a small Commercial Property team supervising a Commercial Property lawyer whilst also having the benefit of some secretarial support.
Work will include the sale/purchase and transfer of business premises/land which includes retail units, public houses, hotels, offices and industrial units. Some experience with Development work or Planning would be an advantage. Firms clients vary from private individuals, investors, corporate clients, funds and banks/lenders.
