Receptionist/Administrator - Part-Time
£20000 - £23000 per annum + + Benefits

We are currently working with a leading manufacturing business based in Staplehurst.
Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role requires assisting a close-knit administration team with all aspects of general administration duties, along with receptionist duties. To be considered for this role you will need to be a team player, have the ability to work within a small team, be numerate, have excellent attention to detail and be adaptable to helping colleagues as and when needed
Duties will include:
Answering, filtering and directing phone calls
Meeting and greeting visitors
Managing the incoming & outgoing post
Managing, scanning and filing of paperwork
Updating MRP system with client and supplier details
Supporting the company's Executive Assistant with general administration duties, travel booking, appointment booking and supporting the office
Compiling reports & presentations
Assisting in documentation reviews
Any other reasonable duties as part of this role
The ideal candidate will be:
Professional & reliable
Well organised & self-motivated with an excellent eye for detail
Proficient use of Microsoft Office systems - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Flexible, able to multi-task and think on their feet in a pressured environment
Full, clean driving licence is preferred
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing business that can offer ongoing training and development. Benefits include enhanced pension, quarterly bonus scheme, death in service scheme, cycle to work, free onsite parking, 20 days annual (pro-rata'd) leave rising by 1 day per year to a maximum of 25. Hours for this role will be 8.30am-5pm which can be worked across 3 or 4 days.
