Your new role

This is a role for an IT specialist in IT operations: Server, firewall, and virtual machine administration, MS Azure services, M365 E5 service, and IT service maintenance

* Upkeep and optimisation of infrastructure operations
. * Ensure that all corporate networks are secure from both internal and external attacks.
* Self-motivation and exceeding team expectations.
*Database administration as needed.
* Ensure application availability according to SLA metrics.
* In charge of coordinating third-level tickets with external solution partners.
* Managing user onboarding and offboarding.
* The ability to analyse problems with unresolved 2nd level tickets.
* Cloud service balancing

What you'll need to succeed

* At least three years of experience as second level support is required.
* Proven track record of success as an IT Specialist
* Windows administration, firewalling, port management, virtualization, MS Azure configuration, and M365 E5 service configuration experience is required.
* A friendly team player who would fit in well with an exciting culture.
