We are currently recruiting for a Secondary Teaching Assistant in the Tenterden area who has experience in behaviour management to work 1:1 with a child on a temporary, long-term basis.

You will ideally be a TA or LSA that has previously worked in a Secondary school where you will be able to support with all core subjects at GCSE level.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing support for the child
* Monitoring and supervising activities both in and out of the classroom
* Assisting with maintaining a safe and positive environment
* Alerting staff for any emergencies that may arise
* Helping the class teacher where needed
