Our successful and busy client based in Horsham (parking on site) are looking for an organised administrator to join their team. As an Administrator (Purchasing) you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, you will be working across the department to offer support and assistance to every role. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Have a proven track record of handling multiple tasks at once and have a willingness to learn new things.

·         Complete purchasing within the required timeframe

·         Chase outstanding supplies regularly, and ensure goods are delivered to ensure the customer delivery schedule is met

·         Assist the sales client managers with quote processing to include entering quotes onto the system, sending out for supply quotes and entering supplier quotations as they come in.

·         Invoicing and export cover where required

·         Keeping spreadsheets up to date and filing where necessary

 Requirements:

·          Good organisational and planning skills

·          Good technical ability

·          Flexible attitude to take on tasks and adapt to changing priorities

·          Willingness to adopt flexible work patterns when required to meet business     needs

·          Excellent communication skills

Monday to Friday 08.30- 17.00 – Finish at 16.15 on Fridays
