An exciting opportunity has become available for a candidate to join our client as an Internal Sales Representative

The Role
• Exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service administrator / internal sales professional.
• Manage the administration of quotations and orders through both telephone and electronic enquiries.
• Develop your own personal relationships with internal and external customers to ensure we are the customers supplier of choice.
• Work towards department targets and business objectives.
• Proactively contact new and existing customers to quote for new projects.
• Provide excellent customer service responding promptly to customer demands.
• Compliance to Safety, Health and Environmental standards of our business.
Requirements
• Good track record in a customer service environment which may have involved selling and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the ready-mix concrete industry would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with an understanding for customer requirements.
