Working closely with the Head of Marketing and external sales team, the Marketing Executive will support in the delivery of the annual sales and marketing plan.

Responsibilities:

* Ongoing creation of digital content for Social Media (photography, video, infographics, etc).
* Stock management for brochures, giveaways and arrange reprints as required.
* Creation of product brochures/flyers to support the Business Development team, including collating relevant content and coordinating design and print with external partners.
* Assisting with creating the annual Baumit catalogue, including managing update requirements throughout the year.
* Liaising with external agencies, when required, to assist in creation of digital campaigns and website updates.
* General product and content updates on website, managed via bespoke CMS.
* Database management and housekeeping for customer lists for targeted marketing.
* Providing setup support and attending trade exhibitions as and when required.

Essential skills:

* BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
* 2 years of experience in a marketing/sales role, ideally B2B
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Attention to detail
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Team player
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Suite

Not essential skills (but nice to have):

* Experience with online marketing systems like HubSpot
* Experience with online mailing systems like Mailchimp

In return, Baumit offer a competitive salary of £25-£30k dependent on experience, annual bonus and 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays).

The position is hybrid with 1 day working from home, 4 from the office in Aylesford, Kent.

Hours are Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm, equating to 35 hours a week with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
