An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Part time Finance and Payroll Assistant within the Finance Department of a housing charity.

About the role

* Sales Ledger processing including Invoicing, cash allocation, credit control, and customer maintenance
* Purchase Ledger - administering payments and processing of invoices and expenses
* Input, process and check monthly payroll for external organisation, using various rota / payroll systems
* General administration duties including, answering the telephone, filing, data collection, opening mail etc

About you

* Understanding of Bookkeeping principles
* Payroll experience
* A-levels or equivalent Accounts/Bookkeeping qualification
* Self-motivated & Self-starter
