Tonbridge for 4-6 weeks - then Remote working after training
40 hours per week - set days Sunday 9 - 5 Mon- Wed 8am - 8pm
We have multiple positions open for call handlers. This is an ideal role for someone that is looking for flexibility around a standard 9 - 5 with remote working position.
Set Shift Pattern:
Saturday 9am - 5pm
Monday - Wednesday 8am - 8pm
This role is to take customercalls and be the first point of contact for home emergencies for a large claims company. If you have strong customer services background and have excellent communication skills, then this is the role for you!
The role will include 4 weeks training, located in Tonbridge.
Key skills
* Previous Customer Services, either retail, contact centre, hospitality
* Having a calm and empathetic approach to calls
* Ability to apply excellent administrative skills to update system notes on customer accounts
* Excellent attention to detail whilst working at a fast pace
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Able to build great relationships with customers
