The Role

Due to continued success, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Brand Manager to join a market leading manufacturer and retailer of health and wellbeing consumer products. Working as part of a small Marketing team and reporting into senior management, you will deliver on key commercial, product and communication objectives to ensure the development of the brand over coming years.

* Manage brand and category management product performance and evolution to increase sales, strengthen market positioning and drive awareness.
* Managing 12-24 month New Product Development pipeline with internal teams from concept to finished product
* Collate and analyse cost of goods across new products in line with margin and commercial expectations
* Lead brand architecture strategy
* Work closely with internal teams to support trade and consumer marketing activity ensuring a 360 degree approach across all channels
* Work closely with internal teams on creative ideas, formulation briefs and packaging proposals to improve product offering and market competitiveness
* Write copy in line with brand guidelines for both packaging and marketing collateral
* Improve and create marketing collateral including the creation of sales presentation documents
* Evaluate brand activities to determine return on investment.
* Understand consumer needs and insights within the sector and how the brand is performing vs other brands.
* Understand target audience and segment market to target certain consumers to achieve profitable growth.

Requirements

We would expect the successful Brand Manager to demonstrate previous experience in Brand Management or Marketing in a Consumer product environment. Experience within health, wellness, bath & body, beauty sectors is desired but not essential. You will be commercially aware, with competent project management skills. You will have experience of NPD processes and well rounded, innovative approach to marketing.
