As Purchasing Manager duties will include:


Leading high impact projects that have complex procurement requirements, multi strand, diverse supply chain /market.Develop supplier management strategies in order to deliver targeted benefits and financial savingsAccountable for ensuring sourcing strategiesUndertake reviews of existing policies, practices, structures and spend to produce plans for change.Provide specialist advice, guidance and service on leading practice procurement to all departmentsDefine and manage key supplier relationships to deliver outstanding performance in cost, service and quality.
This is a new opportunity pending sign off on a full JD but it will be a very hands on role managing a dedicated purchasing team in an award winning dynamic manufacturing business. Your teams will be sourcing and purchasing electronics components and a range of materials for the manufacture of our clients’ products.
