Fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly professional individual to join a large, successful and well reputed business in West Malling.

Joining a diverse, fun, and friendly team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to charities and customers over the phone and by email.

Duties include:

* Acting as the initial point of contact when dealing with external customers, including high net worth individuals and charities understanding their requests/ needs to then offer expert advice and guidance, in accordance with SLAs and KPIs
* To actively understand and promote the products and services being offered
* Responding to all queries from clients and customers by phone and email in a professional manor, to encouraging customers to move forward in the charity verification process
* Providing expert customer service at all times when liaising with external customers, reviewing, investigating, and making recommendations on all donation requests, ensuring that all payments are processed and completed in a timely manner
* To ensure client confidentiality and to adhere to General Data Protection Regulatory requirements
* To actively recognise and progress/hand off sales opportunities to the relevant teams to increase business
* To liaise and build strong relationships with internal teams and various stakeholders
* Carry out other various ad-hoc duties as and when required

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience within a Customer Service environment
* Knowledge of AML, KYC and general GDPR would be an advantage, however can be trained
* Previous work experience within banking or financial services background
* The ability to stay calm under pressure
* Great interpersonal skills
* Experience providing first rate communications skills, both verbal and written
* A self-motivated and pro-active personality
* Experience managing customer expectations
