Our Client is looking for a Customer Service Associate who is wanting to join a well respected company who deal with a multitude of different customers and suppliers.

About the role

* To be able to carry out contract reviews on orders/schedules and process in the system
* Carrying out investigative credit and debit requests and queries
* Being able to carry out quotation request and customer returns
* Be the primary interface on a day-to-day basis with direct account responsibility for account partners in the UK
* Need to review, action and issue all relevant order related reports

About you

* To have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
* Have good communications skills both verbal and written
* To be able to work as a team but also be able to use your own initiative
* Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
* Have an organised/methodical way of working accurately with an eye for detail
