Estimator, cost planner, for construction company permanent job in Sussex

Your new company
Working for a regional Building Contractor who take pride in working locally for repeat clients. They are currently expanding and looking to recruit an Estimator to join their team. Their contracts are up to £10m and include healthcare projects; local council framework agreements; preferred contractor lists; and new build contracts; larger scale domestic projects; industrial projects; school projects; etc

Your new role
The Role will include -

* Delivering tenders and pricing works
* Negotiating preferred contracts
* Pre- tender site visits and client visits
* Tendering for frameworks, and councils
* Working on pre-contract stages of projects.
* Liaising with sub-contracts and materials suppliers for competitive rates
* Construction stage handover and briefing

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience of Estimating construction projects upto a value of approximately £10m, and be keen to get involved with a company and be part of a professional business with excellent potential.
