Claims Handler

Location - Tonbridge

Temp - Perm - £10ph

Monday - Friday - 7.5 hours a day between 8am-6pm



We have positions open for Claims handlers. This is an ideal role for someone that has previous experience in a customer driven role with the flexibility of working hours. Great company and really friendly team.



Shift patterns and salary once you have been offered a permanent position:

* Salary - £10.50ph
* 8am - 4/4.30pm
* 9am - 5/5.30pm
* 10am - 6pm
* Every other Saturday 9am-1pm



These are the shift patterns once the permanent position has been offered and there will be a hybrid working model, working 2 days in the office and 3 from home.



This role is to take customer calls and be the first point of contact for insurance claim issues. If you have a strong Customer Service background and have excellent communication skills, then this is the role for you. On the job training provided.



Key Skills:

* Previous customer services, either retail, contact centre, hospitality
* Having a calm and empathetic approach to calls
* Ability to apply excellent administrative skills using procedures and software applications (such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel)
* Excellent attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced working environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal team
