Our Client is looking for a experienced Air Conditioning Project Manager to join their team to support and leading on both small and large projects Nationally.

About the role

* To be responsible for the day to day running of the contracts
* Track project particulars and provide monthly updates to senior management on progress, costs and issues
* To be able to deal with clients effectively
* Produce and submit valuations and variations in accordance with client payment schedules as the project progresses
* To do site visits and occasional remote working

About you

* To have experience with air conditioning including design, component layout and commissioning
* Have site-based building services engineering experience and /or worked as a Project Manager on new and refurbishment projects
* To be able to communicate clearly verbally and written
* To have the ability to understand project drawings, schematics, schedules and specifications and assist in the creation of project specific documentation
