Job description

Pearson Whiffin Education are working on behalf of a primary school in Swale to recruit an outstanding Year 5 teacher. The school offers fantastic facilities as well as a friendly and supportive working environment.

If you have previous experience teaching key stage 2 pupils and can demonstrate a passion for educating and supporting young pupils, this could be the role for you!

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following;

* Be able to collaborate with teachers within department to ensure the curriculum is delivered to the highest standard possible
* Use student's interests as a way of engaging them and supervise student teachers on placements
* Ensure all forms of assessment are being utilised so students know how they can improve
* Implement and follow the school behaviour management policy
* Qualified teacher status (QTS)
