An exciting opportunity to join a leading UK organisation as a Claims Handler. Our client have multiple positions and offer extensive training, tools and ongoing support meaning no previous experience is necessary. The ideal claims handler will have excellent customer service skills, empathy, and the ability to identify the best possible solutions to support our customers.

You should be within a commutable distance of one of the clients offices (Bexhill or Leicester). This position offers Hybrid working which usually requires 1 day per week in the office, with an option to do more based on your preferences.

About the Role

* Communicating via telephone (inbound and outbound calls), written correspondence and webchat with customers to keep them updated and help resolve their claim
* Validating claims and policies
* Updating data on our in-house systems
* Effective planning of your day to maintain a pro-active approach to workload
* Working towards department and business targets
