Job Title: Stores Person
Salary: £12.00 per hour
Permanent
Location: Maidstone
Must have Driving licence and Counterbalance Licence
Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm
Rare and exciting position for a Stores person to join this innovative engineering company in the warehouse and stores department on the outskirts of Maidstone
Duties include:
* Picking and packing orders ready for despatch.
* arranging parts for engineers
* Receiving and inspecting goods in and out.
* Stock control, including data entry.
* Making sure all warehouse and stores areas remain tidy and organised.
* General warehouse and some driving duties.
The successful candidate will have:
* The applicant must have some previous experience and be used to working with an engineering team,
* Ideally knowledge of welding and assembly work and previous mechanical qualification
* UK Driving Licence
* A valid Counterbalance licence
* A great work ethic, with attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
* Good communication skills.
