Our Client is looking for an experienced Administrator to be part of a established manufacturing company to be office based in St Leonard On-Sea. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your knowledge and development within the administration sector. There is a defined road map of internal progression within this role which can lead to becoming a Trainee Estimator.
About the role
* Answering telephone calls from clients and customers
* Making sure to log project enquiries for quotation
* Managing sample stock for the clients
* Sending out CAD details to customers, clients and suppliers
* Any adhoc duties assigned by senior estimator
* Need to be good with using Word and Excel
* Have good communication skills verbal and written
* Have excellent knowledge and experience when working in a busy office environment
* Have flexibility, so willing to get involved when needed
* To have a 'can do' attitude and to be a team player
