3rd Line Support Engineer
£35000 - £45000 per annum + DOE

Due to continued success, out Client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced 3rd Line Service Desk to join their Service Delivery team.
About the role
* Providing both onsite and remote technical support to the client bases
* Acting as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer
* Responsible for the management of onsite technical matters with client IT systems, ensuring SLAs are met
* Providing telephone support for clients infrastructure and end-users
* Log all service tickets received via telephone, email and service portal and handle accordingly throughout the stages of the ticket
About you
* Having a full UK driving licence
* To have a good understanding of a service management environment (ITIL)
* Have excellent problem solving and customer service skills
* Experience with key technologies such as (Windows server 2003-2022 inc Core, SAN/NAS storage)
* Previous experience as a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer.
