An exciting opportuntiy for an experience IT Support Engineer to join a start up organisation on an inital 12 month FTC. You will be an integral part of the business on this exciting journey.

About the role

* Manage the ERP system, on boarding/ terminating users and provide training as of when required to ensure access remains up to date
* Troubleshoot ERP issues by working with external support teams
* Perform basic system configuration and set ups
* Keep up to date on the latest process and ERP systems
* Own and manage small and medium projects

About you

* Experience in an IT/ Application support position
* Strong MS Office skills across PowerPoint, Excel and Word
* Familiarity with ticket systems
* Full knowledge of all stages of ERP life-cycle
* Successful delivery of ERP initiatives
