This firmly established and highly successful publishing company are growing and looking for an experienced advertising Sales Manager/Business Manager to join their friendly team.

The role will require but is not limited to.



* Consistently achieve and exceed pre-determined monthly sales targets - this will be the key to earning commission within the role.
* Proactively seek out new business opportunities, through client visits/ contact and business development.
* Present professionally over the phone and face to face at all levels of the business, this will be a key element of the role to grow your pipeline and client base.
* Successfully work within a team and other internal departments to ensure the smooth running of the websites and magazines.
* Develop a proficient level of understanding of the markets served and any related products produced.
* Be able to work on your own - a large part of the role will be field based BDM.

The role will require you to have the following attributes;

Experience in advertising sales within the B2B publishing industry

* Digital media sales experience
* Strong time management
* Proven history of meeting KPI's
* Excellent planning; this includes day to day and for any future opportunities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to deliver to a specific deadline
* Meticulous organisation.
* Able to work well within a team when required
* Autonomy & resourcefulness
* Able to be in the office 5 days a week

All applicants will be required to demonstrate a high level of experience of B2B media sales, both print and digital and being able to provide evidence of success in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients & colleagues.
