Trainee Claims Inspector

Our client has an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in cars to kickstart their career as a Trainee Claims Inspector to join their team in Maidstone.

The successful applicant will learn how to identify and resolve warranty issues on vehicles and parts.



Salary: Starting from £22,440 + performance bonus + great benefits package



The role will include:

* Reviewing claims on warranties
* Accurately handling claims in an efficient manner
* Making sure every technical rejection report is completed punctually
* Identify any technical problems with the product and look into them as needed
* Communicate with customers concerning any warranty claims



Requirements:

* Enthusiastic about all things automotive
* Excellent computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office with emphasis on excel
* GCSE's A-C required
* Keen to learn
* Good communication skills
* Organised, with excellent stakeholder management
* Confident managing relationships and be able to work with multiple people, functions and seniority levels.
* Proactive problem solving skills
