Job Title: HR Administrator - 12-month fixed term contract

Salary: £19-21,000 pro rata

Location: Chatham

12-month fixed term opportunity for an HR Administrator to join this financial services company based in Chatham.

Duties include:

* Providing administrative support including accurate and timely management information reports across the HR team including Payroll, and minuting meetings accurately.
* Managing a schedule of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks, ensuring that these are all updated and completed on time.
* Archiving and filing all documentation to company standards and protocols.
* Supporting with screening requirements, completing checks as required, and loading needed information to relevant portals.
* Maintaining the accuracy of the HR section of the Intranet.
* Supporting with starter and leaver tasks including drafting documentations and maintaining trackers.
* Being aware of and meeting GDPR, Data Governance, Confidentiality and Risk Management requirements and policies.

The successful candidate will have:

* Solid experience within a volume administrative role.
* Ideally, experience within the financial services industry and/or using the SD Worx HR system.
* A basic knowledge of HR processes and GDPR requirements.
* Good IT skills, including Excel and Word.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A commitment to providing great customer service at all times.
* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
* Calmness and flexibility under pressure.
