Do you have sound IT skills and an interest in software testing, or knowledge of this kind of work gained through a relevant qualification or experience?

Can you show an understanding of higher education outreach and widening participation and an enthusiasm for systems and technical accuracy?

We have a vacancy for a Technical Support Officer and Tester to join our small development team, leading on quality assurance for Higher Education Access Tracker (HEAT), a system hosted by the University of Kent which provides a member-based service supporting the targeting, monitoring and evaluation of activities delivered by more than 100 providers of higher education (HE) across the country.
