We're looking for a Digital Data & Insight Analyst to join our team in identifying digital channel data and creating analysis and reporting needs and developing pragmatic solutions to business problems.

Working with colleagues across the business, you'll collate data and information to enable us to draw conclusions that we can then utilise to drive actionable improvements through optimisation or stakeholder engagement. With excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights, make recommendations and gain buy in from internal stakeholders, such as presentations and Insight packs, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of insights and analytics reporting using the existing data sources and Bi Dashboards, web analytics and experiential feedback collated.

As a team player with a positive, 'can do' attitude, you'll lead the collation and alignment of all "voice of the customer" activity undertaken across the business - primarily digital channels but not excluded too, to allow us to understand what our customers think and feel about us right across their experience.

You'll have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, experience with macros and queries, using databases, and data transformation, understanding of data analysis, data science, machine learning and statistics. You'll manage the delivery of existing data tracking, identify new data dimension requirements and measurement and analysis of project outputs, working closely with the digital teams.

With data modelling capabilities, excellent Google Analytics experience, RTF frameworks and Power BI tools, you'll have the ability to learn quickly and think outside of the box, you'll also lead on enhancing and maintaining the processes for digital analytics across Clarions websites and online customer journeys.

You'll be expected to understand the business requirements and develop data models to be utilised for the Bi analytics solution, rapidly understand client business goals and define requirements for digital performance analysis, analyse key metrics and web/customer traffic to deliver recommendations and create actionable insights on ways to improve user experience.
