Sales Administrator

8am-5pm Monday-Friday


My client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, leading company as a part of their team.



Duties to include:

* Working alongside the customer service team to ensure excellent service is delivered
* Communicating with customers to book orders
* Processing and managing orders
* Managing accounts with the help of the External Sales team
* Providing support to the External Sales team
* Working effectively with internal departments
* Communicating with customers, answering calls, and assisting customers' queries
* Using internal systems accurately to produce data



The right candidate will have/ be:

* Experience within a similar role
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* A good understanding of all MS Office applications
* Educated to a good level
* Be adept at working independently as well as with a team
* Organised with good eye for detail
