I am currently supporting a professional services business to find an HR Business Partner to join the firm to collaborate with various internal stakeholders across the whole HR spectrum.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Developing talent planning and conducting reviews and performance management
- Implementing strategic HR initiatives whilst providing consultation and coaching
- Enhancing organisational structures whilst interpreting HR data
- Driving change management efforts with restructuring
- Leading complex ER investigations

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HRBP who is keen to work in a collaborative environment, to drive change and support business growth and development.
