Technical Operations Analyst to £35,000 - West Sussex



Insurance Organisation based in West Sussex have a new role within their Operations department for a Analyst with experience and interest in Insurance Systems



* To act as direct support to the Operations Analyst and Operations Manager in the management of business as usual across the company system landscape
* Working within the Operations Team to maintain systems providing support, MI reporting and problem resolution
* Understand the system landscape and provide the first line support to business units resolving issues directly or liaising with third party suppliers/internal IT to raise and manage defect resolution
* Work closely with the internal change management team and any third party suppliers to undertake releases to production
* Management of business as usual queries raised and providing performance MI to the Operations and wider business units

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

* Keen to learn and happy picking up new concepts quickly;
* Build good rapport and comfortable picking up the phone to liaise with underwriters and third party suppliers regarding system issue that arise;
* Logical approach and capable of understanding system issues, processes and concepts quickly;
* Willingness to be trained and work remotely;
* Ability to take ownership of issues and processes end to end from investigation to resolution
* Insurance experience essential
* Knowledge of insurance software house technologies, in particular Acturis and/or TCAS
