An excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team in a Beautiful Grade II listed Hotel set in acres of landscape gardens, lakes and woods. The Restaurant has been awarded two AA Rosettes for its consistently high quality of cooking and excellent service, catering for Weddings, Conferences and parties for up to 250 guests.

Duties and responsibilities would include the following:

* Cooking and serving of food according to the restaurant quality and service standards
* Safety and cleanliness of all kitchen & food storage areas
* Ensure food is prepared on time and meets the presentation, style and quality required
* Supervise members of the team who are responsible to you
* Contribute to the overall efficient operations of the kitchen
* Receiving and safe storage of food
* Interact positively and professionally with all members of the team



Key skills required:

* Will be self motivated with a passion for hospitality and cooking
* Able to read technical procedures and recipes
* Well organised with excellent attention to detail
* Previous restaurant experience
* A keeness to progress in your career and a willingness to learn
