Beautiful Grade II listed Hotel set in acres of landscape gardens, lakes and woods is currently seeking Sous Chef to join the team. The Restaurant has been awarded two AA Rosettes for its consistently high quality of cooking and excellent service. They are also catering for weddings, conferences and private parties for up to 250 guests.

As Sous Chef your duties will include:

* To lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence
* provide guidane to junior staff including line cookiing, food preparation and plating up
* Oversee kitchen stock and ingredients
* Ensuring high quality and restaurant standards
* Assist the Head Chef with menu creation
* Coordinate with the restaurant management team

Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous Restaurant experience
* Extensive Food and Beverage knowledge
* Strong organisational skills
* The ability to work well under pressure
* Formal culinary training
