Accounts & Purchase Ledger Assistant

£11.00 - £11.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a full time Accounts & Purchase Ledger Assistant on a temporary basis for an immediate start in the Medway Towns.

You will have previous credit control and purchase ledger experience, be IT literate and have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

For this role, you will be required to process invoices, settle payments in a timely manner, keep bank details up to date accurately, process orders, liaise with suppliers and clients, and other ad-hoc administration duties as and when required.

The position will be initially on a short term, temporary basis, however may lead to ongoing temporary work for the successful candidate.

The hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
