Manpower Ashford are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for one of our Clients based in Tunbridge Wells.

Working Days Monday - Friday

Working hours 0900 - 1730

£10.50 - £12.00 per hour

The role is Office based


The successful candidate would have ideally worked in a Customer service role before and has the desired skills and experience that the client is looking for.


The Role includes:

Dealing with Inbound Telephony Calls and Online portal access on behalf of Customer Services

Taking calls from members within MSK pathway and processing Triage, asking for details and inputting into an online portal


The Desired Skills are:

IT knowledge

Customer Services communication skills

Working within a Team

Confident verbal and Typing skills

Previous experience preferred
